Bodybuilding is thought of
by many to be comprised of long workouts, but
bodybuilding is in fact a term that relates to improving appearance,
meaning that bodybuilding workouts can be far shorter than most realize
and still build significant muscle mass. Do not believe the workouts
listed in bodybuilding magazines as being the true bodybuilding routines
of the stars, as bodybuilding publications must constantly provide new
content, therefore their bodybuilding advice is by nature incomplete and
contradictory, and pro bodybuilding champions use steroids, so they do not
train the same as natural bodybuilding enthusiasts.
Therefore, to achieve
true bodybuilding success, a natural bodybuilding program is required, and
this is why I wrote the MuscleNOW system, to provide a bodybuilding
routine that is effective, and which provides bodybuilding advice
that the
average person can use.
If you were to experiment with bodybuilding techniques that
require
marathon bodybuilding workout sessions, you will soon experience
overtraining, which many who pursue bodybuilding are plagued with due to
performing more bodybuilding exercises than are necessary to achieve
results, and this usually causes many to abandon bodybuilding due to
feelings of sickness, fatigue, and mental irritability. Bodybuilding was
not meant to tax the senses to such a great degree, and bodybuilding
workouts need intensity to generate results, which is adversely impacted
when bodybuilding sessions become overwhelming in terms of their workload.
Bodybuilding workouts can only generate maximum results if
they contain a
proper volume of volume and intensity, with wasted bodybuilding exercises
abandoned in exchange for those compound bodybuilding movements that train
more than one muscle group.
Remember that bodybuilding is an art form, with proper bodybuilding
techniques leading to dramatic results, and many are making serious
bodybuilding errors which impede progress, lead to overtraining, and make
achieving maximum bodybuilding results an impossibility.
