I Am Very Busy! How Long And Often Will I Need To Train?

I include 3, 4, and 5 day workout programs with the course, allowing you to choose based upon your schedule. Those that have 5 days per week can follow one plan, while others who are very busy, and can only muster 3 days per week can embrace the condensed system (which still provides results). You choose the workout schedule that best fits your daily agenda, and I've made sure to provide sufficient flexibility for any lifestyle. If you don't have 3 days per week to train, it means you aren't yet serious about adding muscle (and if you're so busy that you can't spare 3 hours per week to train, please adjust your schedule before you have a stroke!). The length of each exercise session depends on which week of the cycle you follow, and it can range from 30-45 minutes for the lower set weeks, and 75-100 minutes for the higher set weeks if you keep warm ups and rest between sets brief. If any of my training recommendations do not fit your schedule, I can modify the program if you have a time limitation that does not allow you to extend beyond 30-45 minutes of training three days per week, as again, I will tailor the system to fit your schedule (as the book includes Lifetime Email Personal Training).

How Fast Will I Achieve Results?

If you follow all aspects of the program with proper food intake, you will notice change in the first 2-3 weeks. Expect a DRASTIC change in your appearance and measurements, sometimes even within the first 2 weeks (and always within a month). As for a time table to success -- I don't like to speak in terms of "x weeks for y amount of mass", but I can say that every week will produce more muscle mass than the week prior. Is The Diet Difficult To Follow? How Strict Is The Food Plan?

Let me first state that improper diet is the #1 reason why so many FAIL in their search to gain muscle (not to say that training isn't also a vital consideration, but more often than not people make GRAVE dietary errors that prevent them from achieving muscle gains). As for meal composition - rice, pasta, meat, dairy products, potatoes, vegetables, bread, fruits, soy, etc -- any low fat food item is valid, and you need not purchase any special foods. Sound sensible? The diet is NOT difficult to follow, and you can eat just about any food item (except, of course, for traditional "junk" food), with the important part being the meal timing and proper combinations of carbohydrates and protein. If you correctly combine foods, the body will use the nutrients to not only increase muscle mass, but also produce a much more rapid metabolism, thus helping you to control body fat levels. Also, caloric cycling (eating different caloric levels on workout and non-workout days) is a concept vital to maintaining a low body fat level. Proper caloric division (how much food to eat at each meal) is another very important strategy that ensures consistent muscular development. Many other variables exist, and I cover these in complete detail. But, to answer the question, the diet is NOT difficult to follow. By the way, I can't cook, and I don't expect you to either! Anybody can follow the meal plan without difficulty or wasted time.

Do You Include A Specific Diet For Me To Follow?

Since diet is completely individualistic (one person doesn't enjoy the same foods as another, we all have different metabolisms and caloric needs, etc), it's impossible to produce a blanket diet that everybody will enjoy. Yet, I do include sample meal plans for different caloric levels (which you can follow verbatim if you wish), and explain how to easily make changes to my sample diet routines. What Makes Your Program Superior To Others?
