Are these magazines helping natural bodybuilders looking to gain significant muscle mass and/or reduce body fat? Absolutely not. Are these magazines accomplishing their own selfish agendas? Most certainly. Since supplementation remains a billion dollar industry, these magazines are very effective at their focus -- SELL YOU SUPPLEMENTS! If 250 pages of unsubstantiated supplement banter and 10 pages of steroid induced routines are worth $4.95 to your wallet, by all means invest in today's crop of bodybuilding publications. On the other hand, if you're searching for results, please avoid investing in bodybuilding magazines, as doing so benefits everybody except the reader!
In short -- avoid bodybuilding magazines, as their sole focus is supplement sales! Remember, muscle mass results from PROPER training/diet, and NO available magazine will provide you with a cohesive diet/training program (which is what you need to produce a dramatic physical transformation). If such magazines taught you how to properly train and diet, you'd have no need for supplements (and they know this)! I have achieved tremendous success (over 60 pounds of muscle), and will show you how to improve your body through proper diet and exercise techniques.
