I am one voice overshadowed by the hundreds of companies selling bodybuilding supplements and magazines that spew "take this for steroid-like growth" or "use that for quick fat reduction". Am I the liar, or are they? I have received countless messages from individuals who have determined the worthless nature of bodybuilding supplements through their own experimentation, and unlike many believe, what works for me WILL work for you, and has for many thus far (check my testimonial section for real world progress reports). PROPER training and diet are the keys to muscle growth, and companies who sell bodybuilding supplements KNOW this, which is why they either include a diet and exercise program with their bodybuilding supplements, or carry disclaimers saying that results require a proper diet/exercise program. Proper? What if you start a completely new training program on Monday, and at the same time start to take bodybuilding supplements? In two months, you gain noticeable size, and reduce body fat. What will you credit -- the training and diet program, or the bodybuilding supplements? Of course, the bodybuilding supplements! In reality, the diet/exercise program was what brought about new found muscle and body fat reduction, while the bodybuilding supplements simply served as a placebo (and boy do they fool millions).
The only way to tell if bodybuilding supplements are effective is to train and diet the SAME as you did before taking the bodybuilding supplements, and believe me, I've tested bodybuilding supplements, and they have proven to be ineffective in producing even a minuscule fraction of what they claim in their multi-million dollars ads. Bodybuilding supplements claim fantastic muscle building or fat loss, but do not address the true reason as to why most experience disappointing progress, which has no connection with bodybuilding supplements whatsoever, but is rather linked to diet and training techniques.
Bodybuilding supplements prey on those who have yet to implement an effective bodybuilding routine, and because bodybuilding supplements are advertised as pseudo drugs, claiming to replace steroids without the side effects, companies who produce bodybuilding supplements convince many that these products are a requirement in achieving muscle building or fat loss results, when in fact, most bodybuilding supplements do not work as advertised, and any bodybuilding supplements that actually provide muscle building or fat loss faster or more significantly than is possible through proper diet and training alone carry an inherent danger, making bodybuilding supplements an investment worth avoiding.
In my quest for muscle building and fat loss, I wasted much time, effort, and resources testing bodybuilding supplements that claimed fantastic muscle building or fat loss results, and the results were simple -- I did not benefit from bodybuilding supplements, and instead reached a firm conclusion that bodybuilding supplements merely capitalized on my confusion and frustration. Bodybuilding supplements continue to sway new customers into experimentation due to promise of results and assurance of safety, but most bodybuilding supplements do not produce any additional muscle building or fat loss results, and if you find one that does, risks to long term health are certain, making bodybuilding supplements a worthless, potentially dangerous aspect of muscle building or fat loss that is best avoided. I have designed a muscle building and fat loss program that is effective without the use of bodybuilding supplements, and hundreds of testimonials around the world indicate fantastic results. Why waste money on bodybuilding supplements when the answer to muscle building and fat loss is proper diet and training techniques?
In short -- avoid all bodybuilding supplements! Remember, muscle building results stem from PROPER training/diet, and NO supposed band-aid (i.e., bodybuilding supplements) is a valid substitute.
