It is true that extravagant vitamin / mineral supplements do contain greater potencies than their drug store vitamin / mineral counterparts. Yet, I recommend purchasing the local discount store copy of a popular multi vitamin/mineral product in order to save expense, as their effectiveness is sufficient.Since the body cannot effectively implement excessive quantities of vitamins or minerals, the majority of name brand vitamin / mineral packs are excreted (as is the money spent on such wasteful gibberish). I recommend simply using an over-the-counter drug store multi vitamin/mineral pill, as the mega-dosage packs which promise super potencies and increased muscle growth actually offer extreme overkill, along with an alarming price tag.
In short -- avoid overly hyped, expensive vitamin / mineral packs, as their capabilities are no more positive than that of the least expensive drug store multi vitamin/mineral tablet! Remember, muscle mass results from PROPER training/diet, and NO available supplement (including
vitamins) will lead you towards physical improvement.
I have achieved tremendous success (over 60 pounds of muscle), and will show you how to improve your body through proper diet and exercise techniques.
