Weight gain powders are comprised of improper protein / carbohydrate
ratios, and thus can cause significant BODY FAT gain (not muscle).
You will, as a result of the extra calories in weight gain powders, gain some strength and muscle, but the negatives (FAT) far
outweigh the benefits (muscle). You need to embrace proper ratios of
carbohydrates/protein in order to
produce quality MUSCLE weight gain, while keeping body fat under control. Caloric cycling, calorie division, and meal
timing are also very important muscle weight gain principles, and all contribute to quality weight gain (muscle) and strength increases.
Training, of course, needs to also follow an effective blueprint, and concepts such as cycling of reps,
sets, and rest periods, exercise selection, rep speed, and proper grips work together in molding a
fantastic body (and producing desired muscle weight gain results).
Believe me, you don't want to get fat for the sake of gaining weight, and weight gain powders are an EASY way to quickly produce excessive body fat levels.
You will inevitably cause body weight to rise through weight gain powder
supplementation,
but much of the resulting increase is in the form of FAT, which will cause disappointment when one
glances in the mirror!
Remember, muscle mass results from
PROPER training/diet, and NO supposed band-aid (such as weight gain
powder) is a
valid substitute.
I have achieved tremendous success (over 60 pounds of muscle), and will show you how to improve your body through proper diet and exercise techniques.
